Did Alen Simonian Publish the Screenshot of the SMS He Sent Regarding the Beating of the People?

Edmond Marukyan, the head of the "Enlightened Armenia" faction, discussed the incident that occurred in the National Assembly between him and the Deputy Speaker Alen Simonian during a traditional press briefing on May 13. He noted that his insult directed at Simonian, which he chose not to repeat, was in response to repeated insults that have persisted for a year and a half.

Marukyan detailed the events of that day, saying, "Alen Simonian claimed that during the revolution, people were beaten in the streets, and he sent an SMS to someone from our side indicating that we would not leave the building. I was outraged by that lie and shouted that he was speaking untruths. He then insulted me and Ms. Samsonyan, after which I responded with a well-known remark. I expressed my regret regarding that incident. This means that this individual has filled our cup of patience; however, that does not concern his sanctities."

Marukyan further inquired, "Has he published the screenshot of this SMS about beating the people and our lack of attendance? Therefore, we close this topic," he stated.
