Authorities Reach Decision on Constitutional Court Issues: 'Fact'
'Fact' newspaper reports that the current authorities seem to have reached a decision regarding the Constitutional Court, particularly in the context of preparing evaluations.
We have information that the government primarily intends to provide a legal and political evaluation of the activities of the Constitutional Court and to express a strong stance on the matter.
In this way, the authorities are attempting to justify their extreme measures concerning the Constitutional Court. According to the newspaper, an extraordinary session of the National Assembly may be convened, with the primary question pertaining to the discussion of the relevant text.
Our source indicates that the governmental and pro-government legal team, as well as legal lawmakers, have been preparing to 'cook' this matter in collaboration with the team's 'speechwriters' for about a month now, particularly regarding the preparation of the relevant statement text, aside from the dilemma of the referendum-vote in the National Assembly to dismiss the seven judges of the Constitutional Court.
