There Are Cases When Infected Individuals Are Held for 40 Days or More: Torosyan

In response to a question from one of the members of parliament, the Minister of Health struggled to provide a figure for the cost of holding each infected individual. He requested that the inquiry be submitted in writing and promised to respond.

However, in the context of this issue, Arsen Torosyan also reported that there are instances when infected individuals are kept in hospitals or hotels for 40 days or longer. In the case of those held in hotels, as Torosyan clarified, the reason is that the virus continues to be detected in these individuals.

Regarding hospitals, Torosyan mentioned that there are cases where the illness progresses severely, and patients are required to receive treatment for a longer duration.
