76 Citizens Under Treatment at Gyumri Infectious Diseases Hospital

As of May 6, 76 patients infected with coronavirus are receiving treatment at the Gyumri Infectious Diseases Hospital, of whom 70 are residents of Shirak Province. This information was provided by the Shirak Provincial Administration.

“By the order of the Ministry of Health, 23 patients, who tested positive but displayed no symptoms, have been transferred from the infectious diseases hospital to a designated hotel in Tsaghkadzor. It should be noted that the number of patients transferred to Yerevan is 19, and a total of 21 patients have recovered and been discharged from the hospital. Unfortunately, there have been 4 recorded deaths due to the disease. Currently, there are 315 citizens under isolation and self-isolation instructions in Shirak Province,” the statement says.
