Ten Businesses Prohibited from Operating by the Order of the Prime Minister
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan, based on reports compiled from monitoring conducted from April 26 to 28, has decided to prohibit the activities of the following business branches (in specified addresses) for a period of 24 hours:
- “City” LLC, Yerevan, Garegin Nzhdeh 13.
- “Kalsi Brothers” LLC, Yerevan, Arshakunyats 44/1.
- “Narek Khachatryan” individual entrepreneur, Yerevan, Ohanovi 29/9.
- “Haybusinessbank” LLC, Yerevan, Teryan 69.
- “Hayeconombank” LLC, Yerevan, Amiryan 23/1.
- “Sos Nazaryan” individual entrepreneur, Yeghegnadzor, Shahumyan 12/1.
- “Roza Karapetyan” individual entrepreneur, Yeghegnadzor, Narekatsi 14/1.
- “Vahagn Group” LLC, Gegharkunik Province, Sevan, Sayat Nova 9/25, 26, 27.
- “Zim” LLC, Gegharkunik Province, Sevan, Nairyan 166.
- “Gagik Stepanyan” individual entrepreneur, Gegharkunik Province, Sevan, Nairyan 143 13-14.
2. The head of the Health and Labor Inspectorate of the Republic of Armenia, Hakob Avagyan, is to ensure that the businesses are informed of this decision.
3. The operations of the businesses are prohibited from the moment of notification.
4. The Chief of Police of the Republic of Armenia, Arman Sargsyan, is instructed to ensure complete control over the implementation of the requirements outlined in paragraph 1 of this decision.
5. This decision comes into effect upon publication.
