“The family of Gagik Khachatryan has expressed their willingness to return the loot taken from the Armenian state and its people during various interactions with Armenian officials, in response to the Prime Minister's statements that corrupt officials, including the former head of the State Revenue Committee Gagik Khachatryan and his family, must return every penny they stole.
