The Prime Minister says that if you don't pay utility bills, there may be a collapse in the country. I have said it before and I will say it again: you lost two months; urge people to reduce their expenses. Do not speak in a way that leads people to think they can avoid paying for utilities or loan interest, thus worsening their social situation.

From Mikayel's day, it will be clear that there is no credit vacation, and if people do not pay interest, the banking system will blow up. We must call for "tightening our belts" as soon as possible, eliminate even the bonuses funds, reduce community night lighting resources, save on everything, and wait.
