Levon Mnatsakanyan Participates in Parliamentary Commission Meeting on April War Circumstances
The Director of the Emergency Situations State Service of the Republic of Artsakh, Levon Mnatsakanyan, is in parliament. He is participating in a meeting of the National Assembly's investigative commission examining the circumstances of the April War of 2016.
It is worth recalling that during the April War, Levon Mnatsakanyan held the position of Commander of the Defense Army.
