The Danger of Coronavirus Has Not Passed: Armen Sarkissian
The President of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, has addressed the citizens urging them to be responsible and acknowledge that the danger of coronavirus has not passed. “My advice is: dear friends, the danger of coronavirus has not yet passed. I say this not to instill fear, but to look directly at reality. We will live with coronavirus for a long time to come, and I ask all of you to be responsible. Be responsible, even if you are very healthy, strong, and might experience the illness like a mild flu, having a low-grade fever for a day or two, or perhaps you won’t feel anything and say, ‘Was this coronavirus?’ Yes, that was coronavirus, and if you have a young and healthy body, the virus can still be transmitted to others, and not all of them are as healthy and young as you. There are elderly and sick people for whom the virus can be extremely dangerous. Therefore, be responsible,” he stated.
