Restrictions on Exit for Artsakh Citizens Effective April 22 with Exceptions
The Republic of Artsakh's Commander-in-Chief has announced a new decision on April 20, which prohibits the exit of Artsakh citizens through the state border checkpoint effective April 22, with certain exceptions.
