Georgia's Borders Closed to Foreigners, Lars Open Only for Cargo Transport

According to information received from the Emergency Management Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia's North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open only for cargo transport after intensive snow clearing efforts.

At the same time, we inform that the decision prohibiting foreigners from entering Georgia remains in effect. The ban does not apply to cargo transport.
