Those Who Post Advertisements on Electric Poles and Trees Will Be Fined
Dear citizens, a fine of 100,000 drams will be imposed for posting advertisements on electric poles and trees. This was stated on the Facebook page of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district.
"It is prohibited. The placement of advertisements related to the entrepreneurial activities of individuals and legal entities in public areas of Yerevan city, on support poles, electric poles, trees, urban furniture, and any other public places is forbidden, with the exception of panels designated for this purpose in multi-apartment residential buildings and within the administrative boundaries of Yerevan city. Let us remind you that a few days ago, the President of Armenia signed a law amending the 'Advertising Law', which stipulates a fine of up to 100 times the minimum wage, that is, up to 100,000 drams," the announcement stated.
