There is a Question of Fair Compensation for Public System Employees: Lena Nazaryan

“In Armenia, there is an issue of fair, that is, proportional compensation for public system employees. I mean not only the compensation of high-ranking officials but the entire system from top to bottom,” said Lena Nazaryan, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, during her statement today.

She noted that this issue should be viewed in the context of increasing salaries for other workers within the same public system, such as teachers, healthcare workers, and law enforcement personnel.

Nazaryan stated that the government is currently addressing staffing issues, which will ultimately resolve questions regarding the welfare of all employees.
