Many of our compatriots want to travel to Armenia, says ambassador
The Armenian ambassador to Russia reports that, despite organized flights from Russia to Armenia, many Armenian citizens still wish to return to Armenia.
“Although we managed to transfer over 650 passengers to Armenia last week through 3 charter flights, there are still many of our compatriots who have the desire to travel to Armenia and are in need of first aid due to the special operations taking place in Russian territory,” the ambassador stated.
Starting April 13, a special pass regime will be implemented in Moscow and the Moscow region, during which the movement of citizens, including visits from other regions to Moscow, will be prohibited without special permission. This indicates the presence of certain restrictions in our operations, including those related to consular assistance, hotel accommodations, and movement at airports,” reported the Armenian ambassador in Russia.
