Eight Armenian Citizens Return from Sudan
Eight Armenian citizens have returned to Armenia from Sudan. This information was provided by the Armenian Embassy in Georgia.
"As a result of negotiations with the Georgian authorities, it became possible to transfer eight Armenian citizens from Khartoum, Sudan to Tbilisi on April 13. Subsequently, with a special permit obtained by the embassy, a minibus that arrived from Armenia transported the Armenian citizens to Armenia via a corridor provided in the Marnueli region, which is considered a strict quarantine zone, under the escort of patrol police," the embassy's press release states.
The Armenian Embassy in Georgia coordinated the arrival of the Armenian citizens in Tbilisi, their reception, and their subsequent transfer from the airport to the Bagratashen border checkpoint.
