Prices of Several Goods Decrease

According to the monitoring results of the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition of Armenia, a decrease in prices has been recorded for several goods in recent days, particularly for butter, vegetable oil, rice, cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes, and apples. This was reported by the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition of Armenia.

"At the same time, we remind business entities engaged in the sale of food products and essential goods that any violations committed by these entities during the state of emergency will be considered an aggravating circumstance, as per the Commission's decision dated March 17, 2020. We again urge them to refrain from actions and behaviors that may violate the provisions of the law on the protection of economic competition," the statement said.
