No electricity, gas, or water disconnections until state of emergency ends: Prime Minister
No disconnections of electricity, natural gas, or drinking water will occur for citizens who do not make payments until the end of the state of emergency. This was announced today by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a Facebook live session. He noted that this situation has been declared a force majeure, and regarding future payments, social support measures are being implemented.
“We will monitor the effectiveness of their implementation, and if necessary, we will make adjustments to those decisions to ensure maximum effectiveness so that our citizens can overcome social difficulties as effectively as possible,” he stated.
