Sister of the Recently Deceased Singer is Also Unwell: Alina Nikoghosyan

During a press conference held by the Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan, a question was raised regarding the untimely death of the opera and ballet theater singer Anna Sardaryan. When asked what efforts had been made to determine whether she died from coronavirus or not, Minister's spokesperson Anna Naghdalyan clarified:

“We have spoken with the singer's relatives. It has become clear that the woman lived alone and had suffered from pneumonia, whether it was confirmed or not should be verified by the coroner. An ambulance call was registered; they visited the patient, invited her to take a test and be hospitalized, but she refused, saying she would go to the hospital in the morning, however, she passed away in the morning.”

Ms. Naghdalyan noted that the contact circle of the singer is being clarified, and her sister is also unwell, and specialists have established contact with her.
