According to the university’s information, there have been 163,429 confirmed coronavirus cases in the U.S., with 3,008 resulting in death and 5,764 recoveries. The U.S. is first in the world in the number of infected cases, ahead of Italy, Spain, and China.

As President Donald Trump announced on Sunday, the peak of mortality from the novel coronavirus in the United States is expected in two weeks.

According to the latest data, over 785,797 people worldwide have been infected, with 37,816 fatalities. A total of 165,607 individuals have recovered.
