Who Among the Deputies Will Travel to Artsakh? The Delegation Will Be Headed by Alen Simonyan
On March 31, presidential and parliamentary elections will be held in Artsakh. Despite the movement restrictions allowing only cargo transporters and registered residents of Artsakh to travel from Armenia, entry for journalists and observers is also permitted provided they have the necessary documentation and a coronavirus test.

The delegation includes Armen Pambukhchyan, Ani Samsonyan, Hamazasp Danielyan, Sofia Hovsepyan, Gevorg Papoyan, Hrachya Hakobyan, Rustam Bakoayan, Sisak Gabrielyan, Artyom Tsarukyan, Arthur Dallakyan, Harutyun Babayan, and Syuzanna Ohanyan, who will serve as the secretary of the delegation.
