I Propose to Publish the Details of Citizens Infected with Coronavirus: H. Bagratyan

Former Prime Minister and economist Hrant Bagratyan has suggested on his Facebook page that the authorities officially publish photographs and short biographies of all our esteemed citizens infected with the coronavirus, including their place of residence, workplace, and significant contacts following the presumed date of infection.

Furthermore, if the infected citizen consents, this information could be made available in the form of individual notifications. If the citizen refuses, a law should be passed within the next 2-3 days making this mandatory. This is a right for members of society who have not yet been infected to protect themselves.

After receiving such official information, many 'healthy' citizens may recall having contact with this or that citizen who has recently been infected with the coronavirus and will seek medical advice accordingly.
