Taxpayers Have 377 Billion Dram in the Central Bank, Which is the People’s Money, Marukyan Says
The leader of the 'Luminary Armenia' parliamentary faction, Edmon Marukyan, has raised pressing questions regarding movement restrictions amid the state of emergency. According to him, there is no situation in any country where people are told to stay at home without addressing their food needs.
Speaking with journalists in parliament, he emphasized the plight of daily wage earners who will remain at home and thus will not be able to earn money.
'Currently, taxpayers have 377 billion dram in the Central Bank, which is the people's money and should be directed to target groups,' said Marukyan.
