No Cases of Coronavirus Found Among Inmates: Badasyan

No positive tests have been recorded in the correctional institutions. This was announced by the Minister of Justice of Armenia, Rustam Badasyan, in the National Assembly.

"All tests have returned negative, and as of this moment, there have been no confirmed cases of coronavirus among inmates. There is no reason to panic within correctional institutions, and there should not be," he stated.

The minister clarified that the prison hospital can provide adequate facilities to ensure that inmates and detainees receive the necessary medical assistance if required.
