Elderly People Found Dead from Coronavirus in Spain's Nursing Homes
Spanish soldiers involved in disinfecting nursing homes across the country have discovered elderly individuals who died from coronavirus in their beds, reports RIA Novosti, referencing Spain's Defense Minister Margarita Robles.
“The soldiers have seen elderly people, completely abandoned seniors, and even those deceased in their beds in several nursing homes. We will be persistent and unyielding in this matter. Those who fail to fulfill their duties will face legal consequences,” stated Robles.
At the same time, Robles noted that the situation is normal in most nursing homes.
