87 Patients Hospitalized at Nork Infectious Clinical Hospital

As of now, 87 patients are hospitalized at the Nork Infectious Clinical Hospital. This information was shared on Facebook by Alina Nikoghosyan, spokesperson for the Minister of Health.

“As of March 16, 22:00, 694 tests for the coronavirus disease have been conducted in Armenia, 45 of which returned positive results. Some of these individuals are already isolated, and the contact circles of the others are being determined. Currently, there are 87 patients hospitalized at the Nork Infectious Clinical Hospital.

According to the daily report from the State Health Commission of China, as of March 16, 18:00, there have been 173,551 confirmed cases worldwide. Outside of China, there are 92,474 cases reported in 153 countries,” she wrote.

It is noteworthy that there are currently 45 confirmed cases of coronavirus infection.
