CEC Issues Statement Regarding COVID-19 Spread
The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has issued a statement in connection with the spread of the coronavirus:
“Dear colleagues, due to the necessity to reduce the likelihood of coronavirus infection transmission, to contribute to the efficiency of the healthcare system, and to overcome the virus, the Central Electoral Commission informs that:
The previously announced training days for members of the precinct electoral commissions and specialists servicing technical equipment will be rescheduled starting from March 15, 2020. An additional announcement and information regarding the new training dates will be made.
We also urge you to strictly follow the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and avoid participating in mass events,” states the text of the announcement.
