Do Not Use Private Taxi Services When Traveling from Ejmiatsin to Yerevan and Vice Versa: Diana Gasparyan

Ejmiatsin Mayor Diana Gasparyan has urged residents to refrain from using the services of private taxis for irregular passenger transport between Ejmiatsin and Yerevan, considering the increase in confirmed cases of the new coronavirus and their epidemiological connection to Ejmiatsin.

“In general, please stay home, only leave the city in cases of extreme necessity and use personal vehicles. If this is not possible, opt for public transport, as it is regularly disinfected. Once again, I urge you to avoid using taxis whose disinfected status is unknown or highly questionable, and where you are seated next to strangers,” she emphasized.
