COVID-19 Infection Is No Joke, Stop Organizing Large Gatherings - Ararat Mirzoyan

The President of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan, has called on citizens via his Facebook page to stop attending large gatherings.

His post reads as follows: “For your health and the health of your loved ones, simply stop organizing large gatherings, inviting and participating in such events, and visiting crowded places. The COVID-19 infection is no joke; the measures aimed at curbing its spread and the recommended guidelines are not a joke either.

The steps taken and to be taken by the government cannot yield the necessary results if you do not approach the situation with the seriousness it deserves, do not correctly assess the full extent of your individual responsibility and the potential consequences for both third parties and directly for yourself and your loved ones, and do not adhere to simple rules. Caution and health to everyone!”
