"168 Hours" newspaper reports that the Central Electoral Commission has announced on its official website that training courses for members of the precinct electoral commissions will begin tomorrow, March 14.

168.am inquired with CEC Chairman Tigran Mukuchyan whether the training courses for commission members would be canceled, particularly in light of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's call in a Facebook live session today to avoid participating in and organizing mass events due to the coronavirus.

"There will be small group training with commission members and specialists. Any postponement could lead to issues with deadlines and workload, as it may not be possible to make up for it later. These small group courses will be conducted as preparatory work," noted Tigran Mukuchyan.

When asked if there were any concerns about not postponing the courses, Tigran Mukuchyan responded, "I believe there are no dangers; we do not see any risks." It is worth noting that several events have already been postponed due to the risk of coronavirus.
