We are trying to limit soldiers' interactions with others: Altunyan
“Due to the coronavirus, all necessary measures are being implemented in the Armed Forces. There is no panic among the soldiers. Access for civilians to military units has been significantly restricted, even to the Ministry of Defense’s administrative complex,” Gevorg Altunyan, head of the Ministry of Defense's Information and Public Relations Department, stated in an interview with 24News.
“We are trying to ensure that soldiers' interactions with others are limited. We urge that visits between soldiers and their relatives be avoided, and all planned events in military units have even been postponed,” Altunyan announced.
