Central Bank to Replace Old Banknotes with New Ones to Prevent Coronavirus Spread

To prevent the spread of coronavirus, the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia will gradually replace the old (used) banknotes in circulation with new (unused) banknotes.

At the same time, they urge the public to make use of cashless payment methods and online banking services whenever possible. This information was provided by the Central Bank of Armenia.
