Roads in Armenia Mostly Passable

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of March 9 at 11:00 AM, roads in Armenia are mostly passable.

The roads leading to the Amberd Fortress and Lake Kari in the Aragatsotn region will remain closed for an indefinite period.

The Vardenyats Pass and the Sotk-Karabakh road are open for all types of vehicles.

Regarding Lars, according to information obtained from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Situations Department and the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry's North Ossetia Crisis Management Center, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open to all types of vehicles.
