Hrayr Tovmasyan and Norair Panosyan's Case Assigned to Judge Tatevik Grigoryan

The case of Constitutional Court President Hrayr Tovmasyan and his associate Norair Panosyan has been assigned to judge Tatevik Grigoryan of the Yerevan General Jurisdiction Court. This information was reported to NEWS.am by Arman Khachatryan, the head of the Public Relations and Protocol Department of the Judicial Department of Armenia.

It is noteworthy that Hrayr Tovmasyan has been charged under Article 308 of the Criminal Code of Armenia for abuse of office. Norair Panosyan is accused under part 2 of the same article, which pertains to abuse of office that has resulted in severe consequences due to negligence.
