Ministry of Foreign Affairs Urges to Avoid Traveling to Several Countries
The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement regarding the spread of the new type of coronavirus.
“Considering the current situation surrounding the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we urge Armenian citizens to temporarily avoid traveling to the Islamic Republic of Iran, the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, Japan, and EU countries (especially Italy, Germany, France, and Spain), except in cases of extreme necessity. If you are in or planning to visit these countries, we recommend following the guidance and advice of the Armenian Ministry of Health or the relevant authorities of the respective countries, and to establish contact with Armenian diplomatic representations abroad,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports.
