Personnel Reception Held by Jalal Harutyunyan

On March 6, a personnel reception was held by the Artsakh Minister of Defense, Commander of the Defense Army, Major General Jalal Harutyunyan. Several officers proposed for further advancement in service were invited to this event.

The army commander inquired about the details of the service biographies of the newly appointed military officials, congratulating them on their appointments to higher positions. He expressed confidence that they would continue to stand out for their effective and conscientious service, further enhancing the combat readiness of the army.

The officers proposed for promotion thanked the commander of the defense army for the high trust and assured him that they would do their utmost to fully meet the expectations of the higher command.
