Arsen Torosyan Discusses Coronavirus Situation with Iranian Counterpart

The Minister of Health of Armenia, Arsen Torosyan, discussed the coronavirus situation in Iran with the Iranian Minister of Health and Medical Education, Saeed Namaki.

"I just spoke with the Iranian Minister of Health and Medical Education, Saeed Namaki, about the coronavirus situation in Iran. First of all, I expressed my and all our support to the friendly people of Iran and the Ministry in the fight against this disease, and I hope that they will overcome it very soon. I also inquired about the current situation in the country. Minister Namaki informed me that sufficient laboratory and therapeutic capacities have been established in the country for measures against the coronavirus, and he assured me that they comply with international approaches," the minister wrote.

Torosyan and Namaki agreed to maintain constant communication to inform each other about the situations in their countries and to exchange experiences.
