The Case of a Deceased Citizen in Armenia Testing Positive for Coronavirus Refuted
The claim regarding a citizen who died at the "Astghik" medical center being infected with the coronavirus has been denied.
"The answer has arrived, there is no coronavirus," said Asatur Asatryan, the director of the medical center, to Aysor.am.
It is worth noting that a citizen died today from bilateral pneumonia at the medical center.
Asatur Asatryan also refuted reports claiming that the deceased was an Iranian citizen. "I don’t understand where they got the idea that this person is an Iranian citizen; perhaps it was due to panic, people are scared, that’s why," the director stated.
