Seven People Suspected of Coronavirus in Azerbaijan
Seven people have been hospitalized in Azerbaijan on suspicion of being infected with the coronavirus. Five of them are citizens of Iran. This information was reported by the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan and the State Agency for Mandatory Medical Insurance in a joint statement, according to РИА Новости.
On Tuesday, more than 20 people were moved to a quarantine zone in Azerbaijan due to suspicions of coronavirus.
"According to data received from the clinical medical center, 7 people have been transferred to the infectious disease department, who are suspected of having the coronavirus. Two of them are citizens of Azerbaijan, the rest are from Iran. Serious issues have not been found in the condition of six of them, while one has a fever exceeding normal levels," the statement said.
