Georgi Kutoyan Was One of the Most Noble and Honest People I Have Ever Known: Arthur Vanetsyan

The farewell ceremony for the former head of the National Security Service of Armenia, Georgi Kutoyan, took place on January 19.

According to former NSS Director Arthur Vanetsyan, Georgi Kutoyan was one of the most noble and honest individuals he had ever known in his life.

“It is hard to believe that he is no longer with us. I want to extend my condolences to Georgi Kutoyan's relatives, friends, and family, and I hope for a comprehensive investigation by law enforcement agencies in this matter so that no questions remain for the public,” remarked Vanetsyan.

Many representatives from current and former governments participated in the farewell ceremony, including Armenia's third President Serzh Sargsyan, former National Assembly Speaker Galust Sahakyan, former Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan, Constitutional Court President Hrayr Tovmasyan, and numerous other officials.
