Four South Korean Tourists Missing in Nepal Due to Avalanche
Four tourists from South Korea have gone missing in the mountains of Nepal following an avalanche. According to TASS, this was reported by the Yonhap agency.
The incident occurred on January 17 at an altitude of 3,200 meters. In addition to the South Koreans, there were also two local guides in the group.
Nepalese authorities have initiated search operations, which, however, have yet to yield results. Personnel from the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and family members of the missing individuals have arrived at the scene.
