According to the newspaper "Hraparak," Nairi Hunanyan, the perpetrator of the October 27 attack, has sent a letter to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan from the NSS isolation facility. He welcomed the decision to restart the investigation into the disconnected part of the October 27 case and expressed his willingness to participate in the inquiry, promising to spare no effort in supporting the uncovering of the organizers. He noted that he has something to say regarding this case.
