Heavy Precipitation Expected: Upcoming Weather Forecast
Precipitation is expected to pause in the territory of the Republic after noon on January 17. On January 18, snow is anticipated in Syunik and Artsakh, with significant snowfall expected in many regions on the night of the 19th and 20th. During the day on the 20th and from the 21st to the 22nd, dry weather is forecasted. This information is provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The wind will be south-west at 3-8 m/s. The air temperature is expected to drop by 6-8 degrees Celsius overnight on January 18, and then rise by the same amount thereafter.
In Yerevan, a pause in precipitation is expected after noon on January 17. From January 18, through the night of the 19th, and during the day on the 20th, dry weather is predicted for the 21st and 22nd, with light snow expected during the day on the 19th and at night on the 20th.
