Gucci's Armenian Face is in Milan, Preparing for New Fashion Show
Armenian model Armine Harutyunyan is back in Milan, actively preparing for the new fashion show of the global brand Gucci. This was reported by 1tvlive.am.
The model is sharing photos on her Instagram page, showcasing the preparations for the show. It is worth mentioning that she traveled to Berlin in the spring to attend a concert of her favorite Korean group. While on the streets of Berlin, she was approached by a girl who is a fashion scout and offered to take her picture.
“She asked me to take a photo, and then we exchanged contacts. Later, she messaged me saying she had sent my picture to Gucci and that they wanted to see me at the fashion show. She asked me to fly out the next day, but I said I couldn’t as we needed to apply for a visa to go to Europe. Later, she told me that they still wanted to see me and invited me to the casting for the Spring-Summer collection,” Armine shared.
According to her, the casting emphasized the importance of presenting a natural look. “Typically, you show up to castings in high heels, but they told us to wear flat shoes and not walk in any unusual way, just present ourselves as we do in everyday life. Gucci stands out in that it is moving towards a more natural approach. That is why the casting went smoothly. The casting was conducted by Alessandro Michele. It was delightful to be there,” said the young Armenian woman, who managed to impress with her unique shoes during the casting.
