Demand for Compensation from Iran
Ukraine, Canada, Afghanistan, Sweden, and the United Kingdom are demanding compensation from Iran for the shooting down of a Ukrainian aircraft in Tehran on January 8, which resulted in the loss of lives. This was reported by the TASS agency, citing Canadian Foreign Minister François-Philippe Champagne.
It is worth noting that on January 8, a Ukrainian airplane, carrying 176 people, was shot down by Iranian armed forces. All passengers on board were killed.
