TENSION IN COURT DURING KOCHARIAN'S HEARING

The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided by Judge Anna Danibekyan, held another hearing in the case of Robert Kocharyan and others.

Defense attorneys Karen Mejlumyan and Mihran Poghosyan, representing Seyran Ohanyan and Yuri Khachaturov respectively, submitted motions to terminate the criminal proceedings against the defendants.

The court session was postponed as attorney Mihran Poghosyan was in a hurry to attend another hearing. However, the atmosphere in the courtroom unexpectedly heated up between the parties involved and those present after a statement was made by the victim's legal successor, Edik Harutyunyan.
