Black Ice Present in Some Areas: Road Conditions as of 08:20 AM
The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of 08:20 AM on December 13, the roads in the Republic of Armenia are mainly passable.
The Sotk-Karvachar highway is open for all types of vehicles, with the condition that trucks must use chains.
Black ice is present in some areas of the Vardenyats Pass and Sotk-Karvachar highway.
According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Emergency Situations Ministry of Russia’s North Ossetia region, the Stepantsminda-Larsi roadway is open for all types of transport vehicles.
