Zohrap Mnatsakanyan Sends Congratulatory Message to Armenian Patriarch of Istanbul

On December 12, Minister Zohrap Mnatsakanyan sent a congratulatory message to His Eminence Sahak Bishop Mashalyan on the occasion of his election as the Armenian Patriarch of Istanbul, wishing him good health, strength, and courage in this important mission.

According to the statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia's Department of Information and Public Diplomacy, in his congratulatory message, the Foreign Minister emphasized: “I am confident that as you assume the throne of the Armenian Patriarchate of Constantinople, you will spare no effort in preserving spiritual and cultural values and in uniting the community.”
