‘The Prime Minister put my letter in his pocket and did not take action’: Citizen threatens self-immolation
Currently, a woman named Eranosyan Mairanush is threatening to self-immolate in front of the government building. In a conversation with reporters, she stated that her son has been in a coma for eight months due to a car accident, but no one has opened their door to her or inquired about the situation.
According to the citizen, her son is 29 years old and has three children. As she was about to attempt self-immolation, police approached her, emergency responders arrived, and Alexander Ghazaryan, head of the Government Correspondence Division, invited her to the Government Reception for a consultation.
“My son was in the passenger seat; no one else was injured. I want to see the Prime Minister. I gave him my letter; he took it and put it in his pocket, saying he would take action, but he hasn’t done anything. It has been two months, and there has been no response,” she said.
The woman's demand is to be informed about what is happening with her son, as she claims she is not being told the truth.
