Vahram Baghdasaryan Claims Obstacles to His Investment Project

Former MP Vahram Baghdasaryan writes on his Facebook page: "Once again, I am compelled to respond to the irrational, unprofessional publication by the Lori Regional Administration and the nonsensical criminal case initiated against me. This concerns the territory of the former fur coat factory belonging to 'VABA' LLC, located at 12 Tumanyan Street in Vanadzor. The production facilities of this factory, which has over fifty years of history, were completely plundered, destroyed, and deteriorated after the earthquake.

The damaged facilities of 'VABA' LLC were privatized, and then an unprecedented investment program for a resort area was implemented using credit resources, which is 70% complete. Notably, this is the second incident related to the VABA company (the previous one was a publication concerning the 'Artek' camp). Such publications emerge during negotiation phases with investors.

Undoubtedly, the goal is singular: to obstruct the investment programs of the aforementioned company. I assure you that the Regional Administration's approach may delay the work for several months, but it will not succeed in derailing it. A question arises: is the government aware of the work ethics of the Regional Administration?

Once again, I urge the Lori Governor: if you cannot help, at least do not intentionally obstruct investment programs; they must be realized anyway. I am attaching old and new photographs of the resort area...
