Arthur Vanetsyan Establishes Foundation: What is its Purpose?

According to the newspaper "Hraparak," former NSS director Arthur Vanetsyan has registered a foundation with the Ministry of Justice's State Register. The founders of the "Homeland" Development Foundation are Major General Arthur Vanetsyan, the head of the Iranian Studies Department at Yerevan State University, PhD Vardan Voskanyan, and the head of the Applied Sociology Department at YSU, Doctor of Political Sciences Arthur Atanesyan.

The purpose of the foundation is to support the development of civil society.
